✅ Irregular periods
✅ Signs of higher androgen hormones (acne, facial hair, hair thinning)
✅ Polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM)

You only need 2 out of 3.

Meaning?

👉 One o***y can look polycystic
👉 Both ovaries can look polycystic
👉 OR your ultrasound can look completely normal

…and PMOS may STILL be the diagnosis.

But PCOS was never just about ovaries.

Let me explain what this means—and why your diagnosis may not be what you think 💗

“16 weeks… pero wala pa akong nararamdaman na galaw 😰”

Take a breath—this is completely normal.

Most moms (especially first-time moms) feel baby move at around 18–20 weeks.
At 16 weeks, your baby is still very small, and the movements are too light to notice.

👉 Sometimes, it also depends on:
✨ if it’s your first pregnancy
✨ your placenta position (anterior placenta can “cushion” movement)
✨ how sensitive you are to subtle changes

No movement at 16 weeks doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

Your baby is moving—you just can’t feel it yet 💗

If you’ve reached 20+ weeks and still feel nothing, or something feels off—then check with your OB for peace of mind.

You’re not behind. Your timeline is still normal ✨
