The RAISE Mental Health Office led by Psychologist Dorothy Joy Bolivar visited last April 29, 2026 to facilitate a stress debriefing session for families impacted by the recent fire at Brgy. Kasing Kasing who are temporarily staying at Baluarte Elementary School. The activity aimed to create a supportive environment where residents could openly express their thoughts and feelings, begin coping with the emotional effects of the incident, and access immediate psychosocial support.
