Have a fragrance idea in mind?

BENSCENTS can develop a custom accord, pure fragrance concentrate, or finished perfume based on your preferred scent direction.

STEP 1: VISIT CREATE MY CUSTOM SCENT

STEP 2: SELECT THE FORMULA DEVELOPMENT SERVICE

Choose:

“Develop the Formula for Me”

STEP 3: CHOOSE HOW YOU WILL PROVIDE YOUR SCENT REQUIREMENTS

OPTION 1

“I will provide my preferred scent notes or materials”

Choose this option if you already know the scent notes or specific fragrance materials you want to use.

Select your preferred materials from the available BENSCENTS material catalog.

Choose the appropriate note position and enter the required amount in grams for each material.

The combined weight of all selected materials must exactly match your chosen Pure Fragrance Concentrate Batch weight.

Available batch sizes:

25 g

50 g

100 g

150 g

200 g

The maximum Pure Fragrance Concentrate Batch weight is 200 g.

The system will automatically calculate the material selling total using current pricing from the BENSCENTS Master Product Database.

OPTION 2

“I already discussed my scent requirements with BENSCENTS”

Choose this option if you have already discussed your custom scent request with BENSCENTS through Facebook Messenger or email.

Enter the agreed material amount for your selected batch.

Briefly describe the previous discussion in the “Previous conversation reference” field.

Examples:

“Fresh citrus and white floral custom scent discussed through Facebook Messenger.”

“Custom green apple accord for use in a perfume formulation.”

“Custom fragrance concentrate with fresh, aquatic, fruity, and musky notes.”

“Custom perfume with rose, vanilla, soft woods, and clean musk.”

“Custom white tea fragrance concentrate for a personal care product.”

STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT FORMAT

You may order the batch as a Pure Fragrance Concentrate or select an available finished perfume option.

15 ML FINISHED PERFUME EVALUATION SAMPLE

Add a 15 ml finished perfume sample for evaluation.

The Finished Perfume Evaluation Sample Fee is ₱100.00.

FULL BATCH CONVERSION TO FINISHED PERFUME

You may request the entire pure fragrance concentrate batch to be converted into finished perfume.

Select your preferred finished perfume category and oil concentration:

Eau de Cologne: 2% to 5%

Eau de Toilette: 5% to 15%

Eau de Parfum: 12% to 25%

Extrait de Parfum: 20% to 35%

The system will calculate the required amount of Perfumers Alcohol based on the selected oil concentration.

STEP 5: SELECT YOUR BOTTLES OR BULK CONTAINERS

For finished perfume bottles, available sizes include:

15 ml

30 ml

50 ml

For bulk finished perfume, available amber bottle sizes include:

50 ml Amber Euro Dropper Bottle

120 ml Amber Bottle with Phenolic Cap

250 ml Amber Bottle with Phenolic Cap

Select enough bottles or bulk containers to accommodate the calculated finished perfume volume.

The system will verify the total container capacity and notify you if additional bottles are required.

STEP 6: COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Enter your complete customer details, including:

Full name

Valid email address

Philippine mobile number

Complete delivery address

Review all information carefully before proceeding.

STEP 7: REVIEW YOUR ORDER SUMMARY

Your order total may include:

Material Selling Total

₱300.00 Scent Development Fee

₱100.00 Finished Perfume Evaluation Sample Fee, if selected

Perfumers Alcohol required for full batch conversion, if selected

Selected perfume bottles, bulk containers, and applicable labels

Applicable LBC Shipping Fee

The system calculates the estimated parcel weight using the weight of the fragrance liquid, Perfumers Alcohol, bottles, and containers.

STEP 8: PROCEED TO PAYMENT

After reviewing your order, click:

“Proceed to Payment”

CMCS orders are custom-made and must be fully prepaid through HitPay.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

BENSCENTS will begin processing and developing your custom scent only after HitPay confirms successful payment.
