Humind Inc. recently held a meaningful mental health session led by Dr. Myla Pilar S. Pamplona, RGC, RPsy, RPm, CSCOP, LPT, President of Humind Inc. Her insights reminded us how vital it is to create safe spaces where open conversations about mental health are not only welcomed, but encouraged.
