We are honored to announce our collaboration with the Buhay na Tubig community, where Kynd Therapy Center is proudly located, and to work alongside Buhay na Tubig Elementary School in promoting inclusive learning and meaningful support for children and families 🤝🏻💛

On September 16, 2026, our Clinical Director and Occupational Therapist, Teacher Kyla Ordoñez, OTRP, met with OIC Assistant School Head of BNTES, Mr. Jerald M. Abejuela to discuss opportunities for collaboration and programs for the school community. ✏️🍎👩🏻‍🏫

Last September 18, during the Term 1 General Assembly, Teacher Kyla and Teacher Jam Celeste, OTRP, conducted a talk entitled: “Mas Kilalanin ang Ating mga Anak: Paano Makakatulong ang OT sa Pag-aaral at Araw-araw na Buhay” 👏🏻

With around 3,000 families in attendance, we were grateful to share how Occupational Therapy can support children in their learning, participation, and everyday activities.

We have exciting programs and activities planned with the school and community to promote inclusive learning & early support. We look forward to creating more opportunities to learn, connect, and support one another as we continue to spread Kyndness throughout the community. 🩷

Our Play Group Program is still ongoing and has been trusted by many families as a fun and supportive space where children can learn through play. 🤓🧸 Each session is thoughtfully designed to encourage social interaction, communication, early learning, independence, and school readiness, all while making new friends and enjoying meaningful play experiences. 🥳

Growing so we can serve our Kynd little ones even better! 💛🍎🥦

Teacher Kyla, Registered Occupational Therapist and Clinical Director of Kynd Therapy Center, has officially completed the SOS Approach to Feeding (Sequential Oral Sensory) training. 🥄👏🏻

She attended 5-day training by Dr. Kay Toomey, who developed the SOS Approach to Feeding. This evidence-based approach helps children with feeding challenges through positive, child-led experiences while supporting families along the way. SOS is designed to help children gradually build comfort with foods by exploring them step by step, and it has been shown to be effective in supporting children with picky eating and other feeding difficulties. 🥕🍌🍞
