We would like to inform everyone that Nanay Rosa/Nanay Rose is no longer connected with or employed by our spa.
We have received reports that some clients may have been charged above the approved service rates, were not given the correct change, or had tips intended for our therapists improperly retained. We sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been affected.
Please be assured that these actions were not authorized by management and were not part of our spa's policies or practices. The spa had no involvement in, knowledge of, or benefit from these unauthorized transactions. These actions were carried out solely by Rosa in her capacity as receptionist.
We deeply value the trust and support of our clients. To prevent similar incidents from happening again, we have implemented stricter procedures to ensure that all payments, change, and therapist tips are handled accurately, transparently, and fairly.
