Ang inunan o placenta ay hindi dapat basta-basta iire dahil may tamang proseso ang katawan sa paglabas nito pagkatapos ng panganganak.

Kapag minadali o napwersa ang paglabas nito, maaaring magdulot ng seryosong komplikasyon tulad ng:
👉 matinding pagdurugo (postpartum hemorrhage)
👉 naiwang bahagi ng placenta sa loob (retained placenta)
👉 pagbaliktad ng matres (uterine inversion)
Delikado ito dahil puwedeng magdulot ng impeksyon sa matris (Endometritis) o iba pang seryosong kondisyon kay mommy.

Kaya mga momsh, mahalagang hintayin ang tamang paglabas ng placenta at huwag madaliin o pilitin, sundin ang gabay ni doc o midwife para maiwasan ang panganib kay mommy. 💛

Ang placental abruption ay nangyayari kapag humihiwalay ang placenta sa matres bago pa maipanganak si baby.
Kapag nangyari ito, pwedeng mabawasan ang oxygen at nutrients na natatanggap ni baby kaya kailangan itong maagapan agad. 🚨
Possible symptoms nito:
👉 matinding pananakit o paninigas ng tiyan
👉 back pain na hindi nawawala
👉 biglang pagliit ng galaw ni baby
👉 contractions na dikit-dikit
👉 minsan may pagdurugo, minsan wala
Mga momsh, hindi lahat ng kakaibang sakit sa pagbubuntis ay dapat tiisin. 💛
Kapag may nararamdamang iba sa usual, mas okay na magpatingin agad para safe si mommy at baby.

Mga mommy may mga pagkakataon na si baby ay nasa tinatawag na OCCIPUT POSTERIOR POSITION OF THE FETAL HEAD—ibig sabihin, ang likod ng ulo ni baby ay nakaharap sa likod ni mommy.

Dahil dito, kadalasan mas nararamdaman ang matinding back pain at mas mahirap o mas matagal ang labor, dahil hindi maayos ang position ni baby para lumabas agad.

Pero maraming cases na naaayos pa rin ito habang nagla-labor, sa tulong ng tamang positioning at movement 🥰
