Doctor G attends the 24th PSGS Surgical Forum, taking the opportunity to learn and gain new perspectives in the ever-evolving field of general surgery.

At 3AM, the call cameā€”urgent, life or death. In a heartbeat, he was out the door. No long greetings, no celebration plansā€”just duty, purpose, and the quiet understanding that this is the life we chose.
Five hours later, Iā€™m still here waiting. And as the world goes on with its usual celebrations, ours looks a little different. Because while today is our anniversary, somewhere inside those hospital walls, a life is being fought forā€¦ and possibly saved.
This is what love has become for usā€”not just shared moments, but shared purpose. Not just promises, but sacrifices. The kind of love that understands when duty calls, even on the most special days.
And if today means another heartbeat continuesā€¦ if another family gets more timeā€¦ then this will always be a beautiful way to celebrate.
