Today, we had the honor of welcoming the personnel of Tuding Fixed Visibility Point, PNP Tuding as they conducted their visitation and monitoring of our school in preparation for the upcoming 2026 National and Local Elections.

The visit aimed to assess the school's readiness as a designated polling place and ensure that safety, security, and order are in place for a peaceful and credible electoral process.

To all students who hang out or stay at the Greenhawz area after your classes: Please go home on time. Do not linger unnecessarily after dismissal.Communicate with your parents/guardians. Always inform them of your whereabouts so they do not worry. Your safety is our top priority!🚫

2. STRICT ANTI-BULLYING POLICY (From Ma'am Yillah & Ma'am Nancy)

School Engagement with PTA

GIS extends its heartfelt gratitude to PTA President, Sir Christopher Ocyaden and Secretary, Ma'am Vangeline P. Tambot, who spared their time for a quick yet enriching exchange of ideas with the School Administration last Monday, July 20 at the HE Room.

The discussions focused on reinforcing DepEd's No Collection Policy and reviewing the PTA's implemented Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) during the school year, including future recommendations. These updates will form part of the transition materials to be officially turned over to the incoming officers on a scheduled date.

The school was also given the chance to express its utmost gratitude to the whole PTA for their extensive support to the whole GIS community.

The group was later on joined by Sir Albert Pangwe,member of the SGC and School Safety and Security Committee, who provided some updates about certain barangay ordinances that are truly helpful to the school. He also forwarded parental feedback to the school administration, which was later included in the faculty meeting agenda for discussion.

Thank you once again, PTA officers and members for your unending trust and support to the achool in all of its activitiea.

Gumatdang Integrated School successfully conducted its School Planning, Implementation, and Review (SPIR) Review on July 7, 2026, under the leadership of Mrs. Nancy D. Costina, School Head.

Teaching and non-teaching personnel actively participated in reviewing the school's accomplishments, evaluating the implementation of programs and projects, and identifying areas for improvement. The activity also served as a venue to discuss challenges, share best practices, and formulate action plans that will further strengthen school operations and enhance the delivery of quality education for all learners.
