In the past few weeks, Typhoon Tino struck our country, heavily affecting Negros. Many families and individuals were forced to evacuate to different evacuation centers for their safety.

On behalf of the Red Cross Camingawan Chapter, we sincerely thank everyone who remained strong and resilient during this calamity. Despite the heavy rains and strong winds, we are truly grateful that almost everyone is safe and well.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the three Red Cross volunteers who wholeheartedly dedicated their time and effort to help those affected by this disaster. Your compassion and commitment to serve people in need are truly inspiring.

We would also like to thank our Barangay Officials, headed by Barangay Captain Rico M. Regalia, for your unwavering support and care for the evacuees.

A special thanks as well to our very energetic and proactive SK Chairman, Hon. Requem F. Biasong , for your constant support and trust in our team. To all SK Officials, thank you so much for your cooperation and assistance.

This tragedy may have tested us, but it did not stop our mission of service. Our commitment to serve will continue not only during disasters but in every moment when our people need help.

We, from the Red Cross Camingawan Chapter, will always be here ready to serve, ready to lead, and ready to care for our community.

Good evening, it's my pleasure to thank all the volunteers who have dedicated their time to this activity, the Clean Up Drive (BEAT the dengue awareness campaign). To the Barangay Council, headed by Hon. Rico M. Regalia, and to all the Kagawad, thank you very much. To the SK Chairman, Hon.Requem F. Biasong, thank you very much Chairman for your support since day one. And to all the volunteers who have given their time for this activity, thank you to all of you. I know we all have a lot of work to do individually, but we are here giving our time to volunteer in this program. Also, thank you very much to the Kabankalan Branch, headed by Sir Jarlie A. Alucitain, Ma'am Mj Ramos, and Sir Czar Rey Banquillo. Thank you so much for this opportunity for the volunteers. Again, thank you very much.

Good morning, on behalf of the Camingawan Red Cross, we would like to thank you for inviting us to volunteer. We express our deepest gratitude for giving us, the volunteers, this opportunity. To Brgy. Camingawan, led by Captain Rico M. Regalia, thank you for your support and for providing the service, thank you very much. To our beloved SK Chairman Requem Ken Flores Biasong, Chairman, thank you very much for your unwavering support since the start, for providing snacks and meals, and especially for taking care of the volunteers, thank you very much Chairman (next time, it's the SK League's turn). To the Kabankalan branch, thank you very much for giving the children the opportunity to develop their spirit of volunteerism. We thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, until next time. To all the volunteers who gave their time, thank you very much for participating in Mardi Gras 2025. This celebration shows us how we can help those in need. As volunteers, this is a great aspiration for us. That's why we put our hearts into what we do, helping those in need. Thank you for your support in this celebration.

This coming December 7, 2024, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Camingawan together with the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines - Camingawan Chapter, Camingawan RedCross Youth, KCCG - Camingawan, Camingawan National High School -SSLG, and in partnership with the LYDO Kabankalan headed by sir Kaiser Divinagracia and DRRM Kabankalan, will gather for one united goal- giving TREEbYOUTH to our mother nature.

Before this day ends, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to CRC 143 for the volumes of time and presence you have rendered in this RCY month. I am always here to guide you as your president. Thank you very much for saying yes immediately to our call. And also to our SK Chairman Hon. Requem Ken Flores Biasong , Chairman, thank you very much for your support since day one when the Camingawan Red Cross Council was established. Thank you for the free service and free snacks, super appreciated Chairman. And to the DRRM Committee of Barangay Camingawan, Kagawad Khim Dagnao , thank you for accompanying us to the venue and for your support. Thank you very much. And also to Ma'am mj ramos and Sir jade abajensa, thank you for inviting us to this RCY month celebration. We really enjoyed it, but it was a bit short. I hope we can join you in the camp next time. And we hope to meet and get to know more council members or volunteers. Thank you also to the head of the Kabankalan branch, thank you very much for welcoming our council. And lastly, to our almighty God who gives us strength and courage every day, thank you Papa God for guiding our footsteps.

ENGKWENTRO SA NEGROS NAGRESULTA SANG SUSPENSYON SANG KLASE

Ginsuspender ang klase sa apat ka mga barangay sa Calatrava, Negros Occidental kagahapon bangud sang engkwentro sa tunga sang mga katapo sang Army kag mga remnants sang New People’s Army (NPA).

Ginpahayag ang nga grupo sang ginapangunahan ni Roger Fabillar, nga may alyas nga Arnel Tapang, isa ka rebelde nga ginapangita kag may bounty nga P1 milyon para sa iya pagkadakop.

Base sa mga report, mga miyembro sang 79th Infantry Battalion (IB) sang Army kag mga katapo sang 1st Provincial Police Mobile Force Company ang nakaengkwentro sang pito ka miyembro sang NPA sa Sitio Agtotogas, Barangay Winaswasan sa mga alas-6 sang aga, Martes, Oktubre 22.

Ginsuspender ni Calatrava Mayor Marilyn Era ang klase sa mga barangay sang Cambayobo, Macasilao, Pantao, kag Winaswasan agud masiguro ang kaluwasan sang mga estudyante kag mga manunudlo.

Suno kay Lt. Col. Arnel Calaoagan, hepe sang 79IB, nagdugay sang napulo ka minutos ang engkwentro.

Wala sang may napatay ukon nasamaran sa mga katapo sang army kag pulis, suno kay Calaoagan.

Ginpahayag niya nga ang engkwentro isa ka kabahin sang focus military operation batok sa grupo ni Fabillar, nga amo ang mga remnants sang North Negros Front sang NPA.

Si Fabillar ang nagpangatubang sa mga kaso nga multiple murder sa pagpatay sang mga opisyal kag residente sang barangay nga gin-akusar nga informant sang militar.*
