BE A HERO TO OUR DIALYSIS WARRIORS! 🩸💪
Ang bawat patak ng dugo ay nagbibigay ng bagong pag-asa at dugtong na buhay para sa ating mga CKD patients🫡

Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat sa aming Blood Letting Activity para sa kapakanan ng ating mga hemodialysis patients. Ang inyong donasyon ay malaking tulong upang matugunan ang kanilang pangangailangan sa dugo.

📅 Kailan: March 11, 2026 (Wednesday)
⏰ Oras: 8:00 AM – 11AM
📍 Saan: Dr. Rafael S. Tumbokon Memorial Hospital (DRSTMH) lobby area

Bakit mahalaga ang pag-donate?
Ang isang bag ng dugo ay maaaring makasagip ng hanggang tatlong buhay.
Malaking tulong ito para sa mga dialysis patients na madalas mangailangan ng blood transfusion.

Mga Paalala bago mag-donate:
📌Magkaroon ng sapat na tulog (at least 6-8 hours).
📌Kumain ng masustansyang almusal (iwasan ang mamantika).
📌Uminom ng maraming tubig.
📌Iwasan ang pag-inom ng alak at kape bago ang aktibidad.

Sino ang pwedeng mag-donate?
📌Edad 18 hanggang 65 taong gulang (ang 16-17 ay kailangan ng parent's consent).
📌Timbang na hindi bababa sa 50kg (110 lbs).
📌Walang sakit (ubo, sipon, o lagnat) sa araw ng donasyon.
📌Ang may tattoo o piercing ay dapat lumipas muna ang isang taon bago payagan.
