🥳🥳🥳THREE DAYS. FIVE RECOGNITION🥳🥳🥳
As Aklan Cooperative Mission Hospital (ACMH) continues its commitment to providing affordable, quality healthcare services, we proudly celebrate a series of remarkable accomplishments achieved before the month of July came to a close.
On July 29, 2026, ACMH brought honor to Aklan during the 2nd Regional Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Quiz Bowl through Cathrene Kate Igoy RN, who was selected as one of the three official representatives of the Province of Aklan in the regional competition. Together with her fellow Aklan delegates, Team Aklan competed against the best healthcare professionals in Western Visayas and proudly secured 3rd Place, bringing recognition and pride to the province and to Aklan Cooperative Mission Hospital.
Adding to this achievement, ACMH was crowned CHAMPION in the Regional IPC TikTok Challenge, outperforming participating hospitals across Western Visayas. This success was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of the Nursing Service Department under the direct supervision of our IPC Nurse Richell N. Tropa, RN.
On July 30, 2026, ACMH once again demonstrated excellence by receiving two prestigious awards: Best in Physical Facilities and Environmental Management and Best in Personnel Management.
These recognitions reflect the hospital’s unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and people-centered healthcare environment. The awards were made possible through the dedicated efforts and leadership of Ms. Celjie Jhing Legaspi and Ms. Vigie Dela Cruz Ingalla MANu, RN, whose commitment to excellence significantly contributed to these outstanding achievements.
On July 31, 2026, through the collective efforts of the entire ACMH family and under the coordinatorship of Harold Recidoro MAN, RN, CHA, DipHLM, Aklan Cooperative Mission Hospital was once again granted the Certificate of Accreditation, the highest recognition conferred by the Department of Health Western Visayas Center for Health Development under the Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (MBFHI).
For three consecutive assessment cycles spanning nine years, ACMH has successfully maintained its accreditation. With this year's recognition valid until 2029, the hospital now celebrates 13 years of unwavering commitment to the principles and standards of a Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital.
These achievements were made possible through the collective efforts and dedication of the entire ACMH family, under the steadfast leadership of our Medical Director, Dr. Oscar Hilario, MHA whose vision and commitment to excellence continue to guide the institution toward greater heights in healthcare service and organizational performance.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication, competence, and teamwork of every ACMH employee. More importantly, they prove that through cooperation, excellence becomes possible.
