Nutrition Month Celebration 🍇🍓🌽

Last month, our therapy center celebrated Nutrition Month with a fun-filled and meaningful activity! 💚

Our little ones proudly participated in a parade to showcase their adorable and colorful fruit and vegetable costumes! 🍎🍌🥕 It was wonderful to see everyone confidently showing off their creative costumes. 🎉

The celebration continued with exciting activities, including fruit painting and making delicious fruit salad. 🖌️🍓🍇 Our amazing parents/caregivers actively participated by assisting and guiding their children throughout the activities, making the experience even more meaningful and enjoyable. ❤️

Thank you to all the children and parents who participated and made our Nutrition Month celebration a memorable one! Together, we learn, play, and grow and strong! 🌱

The session highlighted how Occupational Therapy supports the development of essential skills such as attention, self-regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, social participation, and independence—building a strong foundation for a child’s learning journey.

Thank you to Teacher France for sharing your knowledge, valuable insights, and expertise. Your presentation provided meaningful learning for the teachers, parents, and participants who attended, helping them better understand how Occupational Therapy can support children’s success both in and beyond the classroom.

We would also like to thank Casa Real Montessori Inc. for the opportunity to collaborate in promoting awareness and empowering families and educators. Together, we can help every child reach their fullest potential.

Our kids had another fun and meaningful swimming session as part of their Community Living Skills (CLS) program! Through swimming activities, they were able to practice following instructions, social interaction, water safety awareness, confidence-building, and motor coordination — all while having fun with their peers. 💚

It is always inspiring to see their smiles, courage, and progress in every activity. Small steps truly lead to big achievements! ✨
