What does exclusive breastfeeding mean?
👶 From birth up to 6 months, give the baby only breastmilk.

Do not give:
💧 Water, juice, formula milk, or breastmilk substitutes such as rice water (“am”);
🥣 Solid food; and
💊 Vitamins or medicines not prescribed by a doctor.

Remember: Breastmilk provides all of baby’s nutritional needs during the first six months of life!
