As the nails continue to curve downward, fingertips often swell and the nails start to feel spongy when pressed on.

Curved nails can be a harmless trait, which runs in the family. Curved nails can also be a sign that you have a disease in the:

⭕️ Heart
⭕️ Liver
⭕️ Stomach or intestine

Sunscreen isn’t a suit of armor. Even when applied correctly, sunscreen doesn’t block 100% of UV radiation. More importantly, in real life, people tend to:

a) apply much less than what’s needed (about 1/4 teaspoon of sunscreen to the face, or 1/2 teaspoon to cover face, neck, and ears)
b) miss areas of the skin
c) forget to reapply

What you can do instead:
✔️ Wear UPF-rated clothing.
✔️ Use a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses

Just a note: “unscented” does not always mean “fragrance-free.” Some unscented products may still contain a masking fragrance to cover the natural smell of the formula. You can see this mentioned in the product label.

👩‍⚕️ Gentle reminder: if your underarms keep getting itchy and irritated after using deodorant or antiperspirant, a dermatology visit and patch testing can be really helpful. Patch testing may identify the specific ingredient you are reacting to.
