❓ 1. Ano ba ang mga libreng makukuha ko rito?
✅ Libreng Konsultasyon: Regular na check-up sa doktor.
✅ 13 Laboratory Tests: Kasama ang CBC, Fasting Blood Sugar, X-ray, ECG, at iba pa.
✅ Libreng Gamot: Hanggang ₱20,000 kada taon na credit limit para sa mga niresetang maintenance at karaniwang gamot na makukuha sa Botika Ni Ming by RLS Pharmacy.

❓ 2. Libre ba talaga ito o may babayaran ako?
✅ May option po kayo. Bagamat libre ang serbisyo sa mga public health center, maaari ninyong piliin ang Saint Augustine Laboratory and Diagnostic Center (PhilHealth Accredited Facility) para sa mas mabilis at mas kumportableng serbisyo. May itinakdang taunang co-payment na hanggang ₱900 lamang para sa ISANG BUONG TAON. Ibig sabihin, sa abot-kayang halagang ito, iwas-abala ka na sa mahabang pila at mas mabilis mong mave-verify ang iyong health profile kasama ang mga doktor sa isang mas maginhawang pasilidad.

❓ 3. Nagpa-register na ako online, pwede na ba akong kumuha ng gamot?
✅ Matapos magpalista sa app o portal, kailangan mo munang bumisita sa aming YAKAP Clinic para sa iyong First Patient Encounter (FPE) o ang unang opisyal na check-up upang ma-verify ang iyong health profile. Kung walang FPE, mananatiling "inactive" ang iyong slot at hindi mo magagamit ang libreng lab tests at gamot.
