All non-graduating students under the College of Teacher Education (CTE) are hereby reminded to undergo their mandatory Medical Laboratory Examinations for the month of May, in compliance with institutional health requirements.

🔬 Required Laboratory Tests:
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Urinalysis
• Fecalysis

📅 Schedule:
• Period: Month of May

📍 Venue:
Saint Augustine Laboratory and Diagnostic

💰 Payment Details:
• Package Rate: Php 379.00
• Students may pay 50% on the day of testing
• The remaining balance shall be settled during clearance signing
