During this month’s upskilling sessions, our teachers and therapists worked together to review and refine Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), focusing on identifying priority areas, analyzing progress, and developing measurable goals tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Building on previous discussions about sensory processing, behavior, and behavioral functions, the team explored how these elements guide effective intervention planning. Through collaborative case discussions and analysis, participants applied their learning to real-life educational and clinical scenarios, strengthening both knowledge and practical decision-making.

At Green Bay, professional growth is a shared journey. By learning together, exchanging insights, and engaging in evidence-based practice, our team continues to enhance the quality of support we provide to children and families. 🌱💚

The City Government of Koronadal, in partnership with DSWD Region XII through the DSWD CAREvan: Developmental Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Empowerment (DARE) for Children with Disabilities Caravan, is offering a Free Diagnostic Assessment for individuals who may be showing signs of possible neurodevelopmental conditions or neurodivergent traits.

This initiative aims to help individuals and families take an important step toward early identification, proper support, appropriate guidance, referrals, and possible interventions.

This assessment may be for individuals with possible:
✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder
✅ Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
✅ Learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or dysgraphia
✅ Intellectual disability
✅ Communication disorders
✅ Tourette syndrome or tic disorders
✅ Sensory processing differences

This program is EXCLUSIVE ONLY to bona fide residents of the City of Koronadal.
Interested individuals, parents, and guardians are encouraged to scan the QR code and complete the pre-registration on or before May 15 to be considered for the assessment schedule.

Get to know your Educational and Behavioral Therapists. 📚🤍

Our Educational Therapists handle Early Intervention (EIP), School Readiness (SRP), School Bridging (SBG), and Life Skills (LSP) Program—building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, practical skills, and play-based learning within structured group settings.

Alongside this, our Behavioral Therapist facilitates social group sessions that develop communication, emotional regulation, and social understanding, guiding children to express themselves, manage emotions, and engage meaningfully with peers of the same age. Through these guided experiences, children strengthen their ability to reason, cope in group situations, and build confidence in social interactions.

Our Educational and Behavioral Therapists develop and plan programs and activities, and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in close collaboration with our Occupational Therapist—ensuring a multidisciplinary approach that addresses all areas of development, from sensory and motor skills to communication, behavior, and learning.
