Regional and national PMNP technical teams across the country gathered to reassess project implementation, upskill technical capacity, and align strategies in all project components during the 3rd Quarter Technical Services National Convention (Q3 TS NatCon) on July 20โ24, 2026, at LM Metro Hotel, Zamboanga City.
Throughout the event, participants gained practical knowledge in project budget management, environmental and social safeguards, performance-based grants computation, and Tranche 3 internal verifications to strengthen operational compliance, accountability, and financial transparency.
They also reviewed project accomplishments, generated evidence to support implementation, discussed updates on the Integrated Supportive Supervision and Mentoring (ISSM) framework and the PMNP Results Framework, explored information system enhancements, and conducted field data validation exercises to identify households with critical nutrition and health service gaps.
To prepare for upcoming activities, participants crafted communication and advocacy plans for breastfeeding month and the Alagang Pinas Summit. They also identified priority actions to sustain PMNP implementation beyond 2026.
The convention concluded with key agreements and action planning, reinforcing the participants' commitment to improving nutrition outcomes and advancing PMNP implementation nationwide.
