LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET — Tomorrow, September 10, 2026, we join the Province of Benguet in observing World Su***de Prevention Day, bringing together communities in a shared message of hope, compassion, and solidarity.

With this year’s theme, “Kalampagan para sa Ligtas na Kaisipan, Boses at Ingay ng Pag-asa: Isang Benguet na Nagkakaisa,” the celebration reminds us that creating a safer and more supportive community begins when we listen, speak up, and reach out to one another.

💜 From the Motorcade, Health Tea Talks on the Su***de Prevention Benguet Protocol, and Mental Health Bazaar, to the “Voices of Hope” Concert for a Cause and Benguet-Wide Candle Lighting, tomorrow’s activities bring the message of hope into our community.

But the conversation starts even before tomorrow.

Sometimes, a simple “Kamusta ka?” can open a door.
Sometimes, simply being there can remind someone that they are not alone.
