The Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue – Lagonoy Chapter proudly congratulates Batch Siklab-Sandigan on their successful Oath Taking Ceremony held on July 31, 2026, at Lolo Elyong’s Farm and Resort, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur.

This milestone marks the beginning of their journey as official Gryphon volunteers, committed to serving with discipline, integrity, and compassion.

The Chapter extends its gratitude to Batch Siklab-Sandigan for accepting the call to serve. May they remain faithful to the oath they have taken, uphold the values of the organization, and sustain their commitment to serving God, the community, and the nation.

𝗚𝗥𝗬𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗦 𝗠𝗧𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗪𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠

SAN JOSE, Camarines Sur — Mikaela R. Alvea emerged as the Top 1 examinee in the 100-item Comprehensive Written Examination during the recently concluded Membership Training Camp (MTC) 2026 of Gryphon Fire Volunteer Rescue Bicol Region V – Lagonoy Chapter.

Alvea topped the 21 volunteer aspirants with 86 correct answers (86%), demonstrating excellent knowledge of the lessons covered throughout the four-day training.

Completing the list of top performers were Ashley Faye Lara Celeste, who placed Top 2, and Myrwin Sierra, who secured Top 3.

The four-day Membership Training Camp concluded with the graduation of 21 new volunteers from Batch Siklab-Sandigan, ready to serve their communities with competence, discipline, and dedication.

𝗠𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: Participants of the Membership Training Camp 2026 of Gryphon Fire Volunteer Rescue Bicol R5 – Lagonoy Chapter are all set for another day of learning and skills development.

Captured before the start of their training, these future volunteers continue their journey with discipline, dedication, and a shared commitment to serve. Every lesson learned and every challenge overcome brings them one step closer to becoming capable and dependable emergency responders.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: Participants of the Membership Training Camp 2026 of Gryphon Fire Volunteer Rescue Bicol R5 – Lagonoy Chapter are currently at the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) San Jose Fire Station to undergo a series of lifesaving courses and seminars.

For the next two days, the participants will be trained by the personnel of BFP San Jose. Today’s sessions focus on the fundamentals of Ambulance Operations and Ropemanship, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills for emergency response.

𝗠𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: July 16, 2026 marked the arrival of the participants of the Membership Training Camp 2026 of Gryphon Fire Volunteer Rescue Bicol R5 – Lagonoy Chapter, currently being held at PAGCOR, San Jose, Camarines Sur.

Day 1 commenced with the profiling, verification of documents, and checking of all required requirements prior to the participants’ formal admission to the training. This process ensures that every participant is properly prepared before taking the next step of their journey.

Every great volunteer starts with a single step. Today marks the beginning of a transformation founded on discipline, commitment, and service.

Every great volunteer has an origin. Before the uniform is earned, before the responsibility is carried, and before the commitment to serve is tested, there is a single step—the courage to begin.

Today marks the opening of the Membership Training Camp 2026, where young individuals will be immersed in days of discipline, resilience, and purpose. Every challenge they overcome, every lesson they learn, and every value they embrace will shape them into volunteers who are prepared to lead, respond, and serve with honor.

They arrive as individuals.
They leave as part of something greater.

BOUND BY DUTY, UNITED IN SERVICE

In moments of need, true character shines.�Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue - Lagonoy, Camarines Sur Chapter once again proved that courage, compassion, and commitment are alive in the hearts of the youth.

From tending to the weak to standing guard for the community, our volunteers continue to be beacons of hope and strength. These moments captured are more than just pictures they’re stories of empathy, resilience, and purpose.
This mission of service was held during the Passion of Christ event at Sts. Philip and James the Apostles Parish on April 14, 2025, where our team stood vigilant and ready to help living witnesses to the spirit of sacrifice and love.
With us in this meaningful endeavor were our fellow chapters from San Jose, Tigaon, and Goa proving that when we come together in the name of service, we become stronger as one.

To Gryphon who steps forward with a willing heart:
