6. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, if applicable;
7. Other relevant credentials.

Please make sure to compile all your files in a Green Long Folder, arranged and properly Tabbed. Send your documents to the Office of the Campus Executive Officer. Deadline of Submission: May 28, 2026

Only Documents received on or before the deadline will be considered for evaluation during the comparative assessment.

The Guidance and Counseling Center at CSU Lal-lo organized an Employment Coaching Seminar for graduating students, held at F.S. Zamora Hall on April 8, 2026. The seminar aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and emotional readiness as they prepare to enter the workforce.

The program began with an introductory session, followed by a warm welcome from Ms. Winibeth Burgos, Administrative Officer IV, who emphasized the seminar's importance in bridging the gap between academic life and professional realities. Ms. Rosemarie Agpoon, the Guidance Counselor, then explained the purpose of the event, reminding students that success isn’t solely defined by medals or awards. Many successful individuals were not necessarily top students, and even high achievers can encounter challenges beyond the classroom. Ms. Agpoon highlighted that real tests arise after graduation when students face various personalities and situations. She emphasized that employers value not just intelligence (IQ) but also emotional intelligence (EQ), which includes qualities like humility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. “True success is built on character, not intelligence,” she stated.

The seminar continued with practical presentations, starting with Ms. Jessica Dela Trinidad, Labor Employment Officer III, who offered job seekers comprehensive tips. Her session covered resume preparation, interview strategies, and workplace adaptability. This was followed by Mr. Ramoncito Liggayu, Senior Labor Employment Officer, who conducted a Labor Education Seminar focusing on workers’ rights, responsibilities, and labor policies.

After each presentation, an open forum was held, allowing students to ask questions, clarify concerns, and engage directly with the speakers.

The event underscored the university’s commitment to preparing its graduates academically, professionally, and personally, ensuring they are ready to face the challenges of the real world with competence and character.
