Maaari po kayong makakuha ng libreng maintenance na gamot sa ilalim ng PHILHEALTH GAMOT Program.

Para maka-avail, kailangan po ng reseta na may UPSC (Unique Prescription Security Code) mula sa inyong YAKAP doktor.

Pumunta lamang sa OPD para sa inyong follow-up check-up upang mabigyan kayo ng tamang reseta na may UPSC.
