ANNOUNCEMENT‼️‼️ (August 7, 2026)

Transactions with the school physician will resume today from 1pm until 5pm. 20-25 students will be accommodated.

✅️Students for evaluation of laboratory results, please bring your complete necessary documents.
✅️Students for the 1st dose of Hepatitis B vaccine, make sure your laboratory results are already evaluated and was advised for vaccination. Claim your payment slip at the clinic before you proceed at the cash section.
✅️Students for issuance of medical certificate, your school health record will be updated at the clinic. If you have incomplete/additional laboratory results from the previous semester/s, please bring them for evaluation.
