Today’s Provincial Inter Agency Council Meeting held at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall has attended by both the PRC Board Chairman, Mrs. Maria Ang and Administrator Edna L. Orcino. The updated consolidated report on how Prc Ilocos Norte Chapter extended support to the marginalized constituents of the community in terms of Blood, Health, Welfare and Emergency Medical Services as of September 15, 2026 was shared to the council. Its participation and engagements in the community along with other agencies brought opportunities to integrate value of volunteerism as expound in the meeting by its Chair, Mrs. Ang, a national awardee for volunteerism by NEDA and current president of FedeNGO beside being the Chair of the local PRC chapter.
On the same occasion, the Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Norte Chapter was conferred with Certificate of Appreciation a symbol of its dedication and invaluable support to the DSWD’ First Provincial Action Team (PAT) Blood Donation Drive and Wellness Caravan 2026, which was officially attested by the Region 1 DSWD Director.
