MactanDoc, in partnership with CDU College of Medicine – Community Outreach Services and Rotary Club of West Cebu, successfully conducted its Operation Tuli Initiative on April 25, 2026, at San Roque Parish. 💙

Through this collaborative effort, 51 children received free circumcision services, reinforcing a shared commitment to accessible, compassionate healthcare for every community.
