LANTAWA: The YOUNG-ADNERT Las Nieves delegation brought immense pride to the NDRM 2026 Provincial Kick-off last July 2 at the Las Nieves Municipal Gymnasium. Our talented youth electrified the center stage with a beautiful fusion of cultural and modern dance presentations. This high-energy performance proved that true community resilience is deeply rooted in keeping our vibrant heritage alive.

The excitement continued as our team dove headfirst into the action-packed games and solidarity activities organized by the Mdrrmo Las Nieves. We brought home huge smiles, stronger friendships, and a proud commitment to proactive disaster preparedness. Guided by this year's theme, โ€œNaghahanda at Kumikilos para sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas,โ€ we proved that the youth are active leaders in community safety.

๐Ÿ“ข PROVINCIAL KICK-OFF: NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCE MONTH 2026 ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

LANTAWA: The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Agusan del Norte, in coordination with the Municipality of Las Nieves, successfully conducted the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 celebration at the Las Nieves Municipal Gymnasium on July 2, 2026! ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธโœจ

With this yearโ€™s theme, โ€œNaghahanda at Kumikilos para sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas,โ€ the event officially started with an energetic inter-LGU motorcade then followed by a thanksgiving mass.
Host Mayor Karen S. Rosales warmly welcomed the provincial delegates, line agencies, and uniformed personnel, highlighting the importance of localized preparedness. Provincial Board Member Rodulfo A. Pitogo also rallied everyone to embrace disaster resilience as a shared, everyday responsibility for all Agusanons. ๐Ÿ’ช
