Lifestyle advice - first line for everyone
1. DASH diet: Low sodium. High in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy. Cut processed foods and salty snacks.

4.Limit alcohol
5.Quit smoking
6. Stress management: Sleep 7-8h, use breathing exercises, mindfulness
