🌙 MY LIFE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT
While the world sleeps — I show up.
Sitting in front of my screen, in the quiet stillness of the night, I faithfully serve as a Work From Home Night Shift Executive Assistant.
One laptop. One quiet room. One heart completely surrendered to God.
But here is what makes my nights different:
Habang nagtatrabaho ako para sa mga korporasyon ng mundo sa gabi — sabay kong itinatayo ang The Equilibrium EA Academy, ang aking coaching and mentoring platform para sa Kaharian ng Diyos.
In parallel. In faith. In full obedience.
This is not a coincidence. This is God's perfect orchestration of my season.
When God has a purpose for your life
— He will give you strength, focus, and grace that your own body and mind cannot explain.
💼 WHO I AM IN THE CORPORATE WORLD
For many years, I have served — and continue to serve — as a Senior Executive Assistant to Chairmen, Presidents, CEOs, and COOs of major international and multinational companies.
This includes nearly two decades as an OFW in Dubai, UAE — years that deeply refined my character at pinino ang aking propesyonalismo sa pinakamataas na antas.
In those boardrooms, I learned the absolute value of:
Excellence. Consistency. Determination. Strict Discipline.
I learned how to turn high-level dreams into reality — and eventually, God showed me that this same skill was never meant to stay inside the boardroom. It was meant to be poured into other people.
That is how the coach in me was born.
THE LESSON THAT COST ME EVERYTHING — AND GAVE ME FAR MORE
There was a season when I poured my heart, my resources, my prayers, and my passion into building my own business.
I planted. I worked hard. I believed with everything I had.
Akala ko alam ko na ang susunod na kabanata ng aking buhay.
But God had a better plan.
That chapter came to a close — and in that closing, I heard God's voice more clearly than ever before:
"Catherine, I did not close that door to punish you. I closed it to redirect you. The harvest I have prepared for you is far greater than anything you could have ever built on your own."
And I believed Him. Buong-buo.
That season taught me what no business school ever could — and it became the very foundation of how I now coach and mentor others:
When one pillar of your life begins to shake — your finances, your health, your faith, your emotions — the entire structure of your life can crumble.
No promotion can fix a broken spirit.
No profit can heal a fractured soul.
True wellness and true success only happen when every area of our lives is perfectly aligned with God's design — and that is exactly what I now walk beside my mentees to build.
🎓 WHY I BECAME COACH MAM CATHERINE
I did not choose this platform. I did not choose this calling.
God chose me first.
And His Word confirms it:
"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit — fruit that will last." — John 15:16 🕊️
This verse is not just my anchor — it is my daily reminder that every mentee He sends my way is not by accident.
Every corporate experience, every midnight shift, every business lesson, every scar, every redirection — God was preparing me to become a Coach and Mentor for such a time as this.

🔑 THE KEY I WILL NEVER LET GO — TITHES & OFFERING
Isa sa pinakamalalim na aral na tinanggap ko mula sa Diyos, at itinuturo ko rin sa aking mga mentee, ay ang katotohanan tungkol sa Tithes and Offering.
Hindi ito relihiyon. Ito ay relasyon.
Hindi ito obligasyon. Ito ay pribilehiyo.
Ang Tithes and Offering ay hindi lang tungkol sa pera — ito ang SUSI sa Financial Abundance, Freedom, at Life Breakthrough.
"Dalhin ninyo ang buong ikapu sa aking templo… Subukan ninyo Ako ngayon sa bagay na ito," sabi ng Panginoon, "at makikita ninyo kung hindi Ko buksan ang mga bintana ng langit at ibuhos ang isang pagpapalang walang pagkasidlan para sa inyo. Sansalaín Ko ang mangsisira para sa inyo." — Malachi 3:10-11 🙏🏼
I claim this promise. Every single day. Without wavering — and I teach every mentee under The Equilibrium EA Academy to hold on to it too.
Ang Tithes ay hindi lang para sa ating personal na pagpapala — ito ang GASOLINA ng pagpapalawak ng Kaharian ng Diyos.
When we tithe — we become Stakeholders and Shareholders of God's Kingdom.
Kapag nagkakaloob sa Panginoon, hindi ka nalulugi, tumutubo ka pa.
I also stand boldly on these promises:
"I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you." — Leviticus 26:9 🌿
"Oh, that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil!" — 1 Chronicles 4:10 🦅
These are not just verses. These are my daily declarations — and the same declarations I speak over every person I coach and mentor.

I am not here for the likes. I am not here for the numbers. I am not here for the fame.
I am here because God called me to coach, to mentor, to disciple — at sinunod ko Siya.
I am a Born-Again Christian Evangelist and Soulwinner — and my ultimate vision, my heartbeat, my reason for waking up every single day is this:
To equip and disciple countless Executive Assistants, professionals, and dreamers — drawing them closer to excellence in their craft, and closer to Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
This Academy is my full acceptance of God's great calling upon my life.
Hindi ko pinili ito para sa sarili ko. Pinili ako ng Diyos para dito — at para sa Kanya lamang ito.
And while I do not know exactly how God will bring 100 million lives touched through this coaching and mentoring journey —
Hindi ko alam ang daan. Pero alam ng Diyos.
Kung isang buhay lamang ang mabago sa pamamagitan ng aking coaching — sulit na ang lahat.
That one transformed life matters more than any viral number.
But by faith — I am claiming 100 million. Para sa kaluwalhatian ng Diyos lamang. 🙌🏼
