Today, we successfully concluded our Nutrition Month activities with a meaningful and informative program centered on promoting healthier lifestyles and better nutrition practices.

Participants had the opportunity to undergo nutrition assessment, including height and weight measurement, ๐๐Œ๐ˆ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, healthy weight determination, and nutrition counseling. These activities served as valuable reminders that maintaining good health starts with understanding our bodies and making informed lifestyle choices.
