BAKIT NGA BA NAPAKA-IMPORTANTE NG AGARANG PAGPAPATAYO SA MGA STROKE SURVIVORS? 🙂

Ang katawan natin ay ginawa para gumalaw, tumayo, at maglakad. Kapag matagal na nakahiga o hindi nakakagalaw, mabilis humihina ang mga kalamnan, naninigas ang mga kasu-kasuan, at mas nahihirapang bumalik sa normal na paggalaw.

Sa stroke survivors, ang maagang pagpapatayo (kapag ligtas at pinayagan ng doktor at Physical Therapist) ay nakakatulong ma-stimulate ang utak at katawan para muling matutong gumalaw. Pinapalakas din nito ang mga kalamnan, pinapaganda ang balanse at sirkulasyon ng dugo, at binabawasan ang panganib ng iba't ibang komplikasyon.

Bawat tamang pagtayo ay isang hakbang papalapit sa muling paglalakad at pagiging mas independent. ❤️💪
