HIRING: Membership Consultant / Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, sales-driven, and organized individual to be the face of our business!
Location: Brgy. Lodlod Purok 6 Lipa City Batangas
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and promos to walk-ins and inquiries
• Handle inquiries via Facebook, phone, and walk-in • Manage member check-ins, bookings, and basic billing/collection • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area • Achieve monthly sales and retention targets
Qualifications:
• Female/Male
• At least Senior High School / College level - any course
• With experience in sales, front desk, receptionist, or customer service is a PLUS but not required
• Good communication skills, presentable, and people-oriented
• Basic computer skills and Facebook messenger handling
• Can work on weekends and holidays
• Honest, punctual, and willing to be trained
