A consultation with a Surgeon may be recommended if you have persistent abdominal pain, a lump or swelling, gallstones, appendicitis, hernia, hemorrhoids, breast concerns, skin or soft tissue masses, or other conditions that may need surgical evaluation.

Ang 𝗛𝗲𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝗖 ay isang impeksiyon sa atay na dulot ng virus. Tulad ng ibang uri ng hepatitis, maaari rin itong walang sintomas sa simula kaya may mga taong hindi agad nalalaman na sila ay na-expose sa virus.

Maaaring maipasa ang Hepatitis C sa iba't ibang paraan, tulad ng:

✔ Paggamit ng karayom o personal na gamit na may dugo ng taong may impeksiyon
✔ Mula sa ina papunta sa sanggol sa panganganak
✔ Pakikipagtalik sa taong may Hepatitis C
✔ Tattoo o body piercing gamit ang hindi maayos na nalinis na kagamitan, at
✔ Sa ilang pagkakataon, sa mga facility na hindi maayos ang pagsunod sa tamang infection control.

Ngayong National Hepatitis Awareness Month, mahalagang maunawaan ang iba't ibang uri ng hepatitis at kung paano ito maaaring maipasa upang mas mapangalagaan ang ating kalusugan.

Ang Anti-HCV Test ay isang simpleng blood test na tumutulong malaman kung ikaw ay na-expose na sa Hepatitis C virus. Kung kinakailangan, maaaring magrekomenda ang doktor ng iba pang pagsusuri para sa tamang evaluation.
