Rooted in Resilience, Growing for the Future! ๐ŸŒฑ

The CEFI College Red Cross Youth Council (CRCYC) proudly joined the Tree Planting Activity organized by the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Quezon Lucena City Chapter in support of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 and environmental and climate action.

Together with fellow volunteers and partner organizations, we planted trees as a simple yet meaningful step toward protecting our environment, reducing disaster risks, and building a greener, safer, and more resilient community for future generations.

Through volunteerism and environmental stewardship, we continue to show that resilience begins with action. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

CEFI CRCYC Joins the National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 Fun Run

On July 5, 2026, the CEFI College Red Cross Youth Council (CRCYC) was honored to be invited by the Lucena City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LCDRRMO) to participate in the โ€œNaghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinasโ€ Morning Reveille and Kick-off Ceremony for National Disaster Resilience Month 2026.

Together with different government agencies, organizations, and barangays, our Red Cross Youth volunteers took part in the fun run across Lucena City, promoting the importance of staying active, prepared, and resilient in times of emergencies and disasters.

We are grateful to the LCDRRMO for allowing us to be part of this meaningful initiative. May we continue to work together in building safer, stronger, and disaster-ready communities.
