Sa iyang Facebook post, ang mga interesadong pasyente mahimong muadto sa Brokenshire Woman Center OB-GYNE Service Clinic matag Lunes hangtud Biyernes, alas-9 sa buntag hangtud alas-12 sa udto.

Kinahanglan nga muagi una sa check-up, interview, ug screening aron masuta kung ang pasyente angay ba operahan.

Gikinahanglan usab nga adunay active PhilHealth membership ang aplikante.

Matud pa, posibleng adunay sobra nga bayranan nga dili sakop sa PhilHealth apan mahimo kining matabangan pinaagi sa Lingap o Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Ang mga dagkong myoma ug pipila lamang ka matang sa ovarian cyst ang mahimong kwalipikado alang sa operasyon.

After childbirth, recovery is not a quick process. The body and mind continue adjusting long after delivery, even when everything looks normal from the outside.

Internal healing can take around 6 months. This includes tissue recovery, energy balance, and gradual restoration of the body’s systems after pregnancy and birth.

Physical recovery often takes up to 12 months. Strength, sleep patterns, and overall stamina slowly rebuild over time depending on each woman’s experience.

Hormonal and brain-related changes can take up to 2 years to stabilize as the body recalibrates systems affected during pregnancy and postpartum transition.

For many women, emotional identity shifts can last up to 5 years as they adapt to motherhood, responsibility changes, and a new sense of self.
