✔ Kumain at magpahinga nang maayos bago mag-donate
✔ Iwasan ang pag-inom ng alak 24 oras bago magbigay ng dugo

Maari kayong mag-register para sa napili ninyong YAKAP facility gamit ang inyong cellphone sa pamamagitan ng eGov App. Para sa wala pang account, narito ang step-by-step na gabay:

PAANO GUMAWA NG ACCOUNT SA eGov APP:

1. I-download ang eGov App
Pumunta sa Google Play Store o Apple App Store at i-search ang eGovPH App, pagkatapos ay i-install ito.

2. Buksan ang App
I-click ang eGov App sa inyong cellphone upang simulan ang registration.

3. Piliin ang “Register”
I-tap ang Register para gumawa ng bagong account.

4. Ilagay ang Personal na Impormasyon
Ilagay ang inyong buong pangalan, birthday, mobile number, at email address.

5. Gumawa ng Password
Mag-set ng password na madaling tandaan ngunit secure.

6. I-verify ang Account
Maghintay ng OTP (One-Time Password) na ipapadala sa inyong mobile number o email, at ilagay ito sa app.

7. Mag-login sa inyong Account
Gamit ang inyong registered mobile number/email at password.

8. Hanapin ang PhilHealth Services
Sa dashboard, piliin ang PhilHealth at sundin ang instructions para makapag-register sa YAKAP facility.

Siguraduhing tama at kumpleto ang inyonga impormasyon upang maiwasan ang aberya sa inyong registration.
