Hepatitis Often Has No Warning Signs—Get Tested.

Without early detection, hepatitis can lead to serious complications such as liver cirrhosis, liver failure, and liver cancer.

Protect your liver by remembering these simple steps:
✅ Get tested if you're at risk or have never been screened.
✅ Get vaccinated against Hepatitis A and B.
✅ Practice safe habits and avoid sharing needles or personal items that may be contaminated with blood.
✅ Seek medical advice if you experience persistent fatigue, jaundice, dark urine, or abdominal pain.

Prevent. Test. Treat. Together, we can eliminate hepatitis.

Know How Hepatitis Spreads. Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones.

Not all types of hepatitis are transmitted the same way.

✔️ Hepatitis A & E are commonly spread through contaminated food or water.

✔️ Hepatitis B, C & D can be transmitted through:
• Contact with infected blood or body fluids
• Sharing needles or syringes
• Unprotected s*xual contact
• Mother-to-child transmission during childbirth (especially Hepatitis B)

⚠️ Many people with Hepatitis B or C may have no symptoms for years, making early screening and vaccination even more important.

💉 Protect yourself by:
• Getting vaccinated against Hepatitis A and B
• Practicing safe s*x
• Avoiding sharing needles or personal items that may have blood
• Maintaining good food and hand hygiene
• Getting tested if you think you're at risk

Early detection saves lives. Prevention starts with awareness.

Save a Life. Learn CPR.

Every second counts during a cardiac arrest. Immediate Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival while waiting for emergency medical services.

Knowing CPR empowers you to:
✅ Respond confidently during emergencies
✅ Keep blood flowing to the brain and vital organs
✅ Give your loved one a better chance of survival

You don’t have to be a healthcare worker to make a difference. Learning CPR is a life skill that anyone can acquire.

Be prepared. Be the difference. Save a life—learn CPR!
