- Since its establishment in 1990 it has produced numerous champion bodyuilders, Physique Athletes, and Strongmen some of which are now in their prime at the
international stage. It has also change the lives of its lifters not just physically but also in the many aspects of a person as a whole.
- One thing unique about G2K gyms’ way in its variety of fitness and wellness programmes is a one on one approach, from which each exercise plan is design to cater each lifters needs and goals. In addition all programmes are 100% made with effective and up to date scientific research and experience based training. A high level of standard from a community based gym.
