🩺 TIP SA KALUSUGAN: DIYABETIS (DIABETES)

Alam mo ba? Maraming taong may diabetes ang walang nararamdamang sintomas sa simula. Kaya mahalagang magpa-check up at magpasuri ng blood sugar, lalo na kung may pamilya kayong may diabetes o may altapresyon.

⚠️ Mga posibleng sintomas ng diabetes:
• Madalas na pag-ihi
• Madalas na pagkauhaw
• Madalas na pagkagutom
• Hindi maipaliwanag na pagbaba ng timbang
• Malabong paningin
• Mabagal na paghilom ng sugat
• Madalas na impeksiyon
• Pamamanhid o pangingilig ng kamay at paa

💙 Paano makaiwas at makontrol ang diabetes?
✅ Kumain ng masustansiyang pagkain at dagdagan ang gulay sa bawat pagkain.
✅ Bawasan ang matatamis na pagkain at inumin.
✅ Mag-ehersisyo nang hindi bababa sa 30 minuto sa karamihan ng mga araw.
✅ Panatilihin ang tamang timbang.
✅ Uminom ng gamot ayon sa payo ng inyong doktor.
✅ Regular na magpatingin at magpa-monitor ng blood sugar.
✅ Kontrolin din ang presyon ng dugo at cholesterol.

❤️ Tandaan: Ang maagang pagtuklas at tamang paggamot ng diabetes ay nakatutulong upang maiwasan ang mga komplikasyon tulad ng sakit sa puso, stroke, pagkasira ng bato, pagkabulag, at pinsala sa mga ugat.

Huwag hintaying lumala ang sakit. Magpatingin sa inyong doktor para sa tamang pagsusuri at gabay.
