Fresh from Fi-Africa 2026 in Cairo!
From June 2 to 4, Angel Yeast joined food ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, and industry professionals at the Egypt International Exhibition Center for three days of product showcases, technical exchange, and regional customer conversations.
At the booth, our Middle East & Africa team worked closely with local Egyptian colleagues to present yeast-based ingredient solutions for healthy, natural, and sustainable food development.
From AngeoPro™ yeast protein and high-umami yeast extracts to bakery premixes, yeast beta-glucan, and snowflake yeast, the product lineup sparked meaningful discussions with visitors from Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, and other African markets.
A highlight from the event was AngeoPro™ yeast protein, which drew strong interest for its balanced nutrition and wide application potential. During the supporting industry forum, Angel’s Egypt R&D team also shared insights on yeast protein’s technical features, applicable fields, and market trends.
