This time, we are looking for two deserving individuals who embody the values and character of a NEWLIFE Angel. The winners will receive life-changing makeovers, a chance to model for NEWLIFE, and an opportunity to be featured on national television.
TO QUALIFY:
1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. You must be fit for surgery.
3. You must be willing to travel to Manila for your procedures.
