Tandaan: thoughts = language ng mind.
Feelings = language ng body.

Ang isip mo gusto pang mag‑push.

Pero yung katawan, minsan, siya na lang ang nagpo‑force stop para di ka mag collapse.

Tonight, check one thing: how you sleep.

Ang goal is gigising ka na ready to start your day.

Di yung “okay lang basta buhay.”

Sleep is where your body fixes its hardware.

Kung di mo aayusin doon, tuloy‑tuloy ang tagas ng energy hanggang ma‑zero ka.

Take care of your system now — bago ang system mismo ang mag‑force stop.

Di ako madalas gumagawa ng ganitong post — busy din ako, gaya ng lahat.
