Some changes can be subtle and easy to dismiss as “normal.” But when it comes to your breast health, knowing what to watch for matters.

Look out for:
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Skin dimpling, redness, thickening, or texture changes
• Ni**le inversion or unusual discharge
• Persistent swelling or tenderness
• Swollen lymph nodes around the underarm or collarbone
• Any new or unusual breast change that doesn’t feel normal for you

⚠️ Not every breast change means cancer. But a new or persistent change deserves proper medical evaluation.
