We’re Hiring: Data Encoder for HIV Program

The Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDFI) is looking for a Data Encoder to support the implementation and reporting requirements of its HIV Program.

Key Responsibilities:
· Encode and update program data accurately and on time
· Maintain databases, records, and reports related to the HIV
program
· Ensure data completeness, consistency, and confidentiality
· Assist program/clinic staff in data validation and documentation

Qualifications:
· At least College level / Graduate of any course (Health-related
course is an advantage)
· Experience in data encoding or administrative support
· Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
· Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
· Experience in health programs or NGOs is an advantage

The Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDFI) is looking for a Clinical Expert to support training, mentoring, and clinical program implementation in TB patient management across beneficiary countries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, refine, and update clinical training modules,
including patient cases and practical management knowledge
· Deliver clinical trainings in Manila, in-country, or remotely,
and mentor beneficiary countries on patient management
· Participate in International Clinical Council (ICC) meetings,
sharing expertise, presenting patient cases, and reviewing
clinical practices
· Respond to inquiries related to the practical aspects of TB
clinical management

Qualifications:

· Medical professional with experience in TB clinical
management
· Experience in training, mentoring, or technical guidance
· Knowledge of current TB treatment protocols and patient
management best practices
· Excellent communication and presentation skills

📢 We’re Hiring: Programmatic Lead

The Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDFI) is looking for a Programmatic Lead to oversee the Programmatic Management program of PeerLINC, focused on implementing new TB treatments in beneficiary countries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, update, and delivery of training programs,
materials, and tools on Programmatic Management and
Clinical implementation of TB treatments (starting with
BPaLM/BPaL)
· Mentor and guide beneficiary countries to implement new TB
treatments scientifically and according to current global &
national recommendations
· Conduct country needs assessments and coordinate with
counterparts and stakeholders in the Philippines
· Serve as a technical resource and leader within the PeerLINC
team

Qualifications:

· Doctor of Medicine
· Experience in TB program management, clinical program
implementation, or public health
· Strong training, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement
skills
· Knowledge of global and national TB treatment guidelines
· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

We’re Hiring: Strategic Information Officer (SIO)

The Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDFI) is seeking a Strategic Information Officer under our HIV program to strengthen our data, monitoring, and reporting systems to support evidence-based decision-making across our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of programmatic and
operational data of HIV.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and information
systems
· Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for ongoing
HIV program
· Provide timely and accurate reports to management, partners,
and donors
· Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all programs

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, IT, Data Science, or
related field

· Experience in data management, M&E, or strategic information
systems
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in Excel, databases, and data visualization tools
· Experience in health or NGO programs is preferred

Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDF) shares that Dr. Julius A. Lecciones has formally stepped down as Executive Director, effective 5 January 2026. He will return to teaching and clinical practice, and pursue research interest in childhood cancer.

We are grateful to Dr. Lecciones for his leadership and valuable contributions to TDF and wish him success in the next chapter of his professional journey.

Ensuring continuity of operations will be Dr. Roberta C. Romero, who will be the Officer-in-Charge (OIC), and will provide leadership and oversight for the TDF team during the transition period.
