I'm 2 years shy of my golden year! I used to think that reaching this age is old. Maybe it is, but I am grateful for the years of experience that have shaped me into who I am today... I love where I am now! Life is not perfect nor easy, but the years have taught me that everything will be okay.

While the cliche "aging gracefully" can mean different things to people, I enjoy taking care of myself. I am flattered when people say I look young. Thank you! I appreciate it very much 🙏 The genes may have helped! But behind the scenes, I take time to exercise 3x a week! I don't ascribe to any diet, but I watch what I eat. Sleep is my sweetest escape. Lastly, I practice what I preach 💉

This is me before and 1 week after polynucleotide and biostimulator injection. It's one the procedures that I do regularly. I usually rotate my procedures every 3 months. Like one quarter, I would CO2 laser + botox. The next quarter, I would do biostimulators + botox. And in between, I do a no-downtime treatment like Mesoject with peptides. That's my secret! Now, you know 😉

If you're wondering how botulinum toxin injections affect your face after two weeks, here I am!!! My face looks very natural, and I can move it!!!

Also, let me tell you more about the DAO or depressor anguli oris muscle. As its name suggests, it depresses (depressor) the angle of the mouth (anguli oris) and pulls it slightly laterally. It facilitates expressing sadness and assists in opening the mouth.
