This June, we invite you to begin (or deepen) your Tai Chi journey with our Yang Style Tai Chi: A 10-Day Training Series led by Teacher Tim Puget of Golden Elixir Internal Arts.

Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and traditional Yang Style practice, you'll discover a path toward greater balance, inner strength, focus, and ease both on and off the mat.
