Yesterday’s Lay Forum was a meaningful step toward promoting hypertension awareness and empowering our community in the digital age 💙

Last May 20, 2026, we gathered our Hypertension and Diabetes Club members, together with community participants, for the Health Promotion and Lay Forum:
“Click with Care: Navigating Health Information in the Digital Age.”

The activity highlighted the importance of hypertension awareness, healthy lifestyle practices, and responsible use of online health information.
