iCAN (Izrah Creating Abilities Now) is a multidisciplinary private therapy and activity center serving children from birth to youth with learning difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, intellectual disabilities, special needs and developmental delay. We also cater to able children who want to improve their physical, social and developmental skills through play and socialization.iCAN inc i

s headed by Izrah Santillan, a practising Occupational Therapist in California, USA for the past ten years in pediatric and geriatric settings. Her various experiences and exposure in different background of OT have provided her with credible and practical knowledge in helping children create and improve their abilities to enable them to be independent and successful in their respective communities. Most of her training and seminars are from the American Occupational Therapy Association. She passed the USA National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy in 2005. She graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College in the Philippines in 1999 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She wrote a paper on Sensory Processing Difficulties Between Children Reared in an Institution and Living with their Biological Families. After passing the National Board Exams for OT, she was immediately hired by the college of Physical and Occupational Therapy of Emilio Aguinaldo College as Clinical Supervisor in the Community-Based Rehabilitation Center. She was then transferred to Medical Center Manila and became the Chief Occupational Therapist before she migrated to the United States of America.
