Yesterday and as of today, naka ilang scam na sya ng mga 3-4 riders almost 2500 each.

We have been receiving these kinds of SCAM attempts where our pharmacy’s name (Med-Sure Pharmacy ) is being used to deceive RIDERS.

Please be advised that we are not connected to any of these transactions.

Scenario:
The rider is asked to pay at 7-Eleven and then pick up an item from us (medical supplies/medicine) — items that we do not carry.

They are using our name. In the first incident involving Lalamove, the rider unfortunately already paid at 7-Eleven and was about to pick up the item (I think it was an oxygen tank), but we do not sell such an item.

In the second incident involving FoodPanda, luckily the rider had not paid yet.

Please repost this to help inform and protect other riders.
