At Reflexzone Wellness Spa, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, ethical, and professional wellness environment for our valued clients, therapists, and employees.
Our services are strictly limited to legitimate wellness and therapeutic massage treatments. We DO NOT offer, promote, or tolerate any form of sexual or "extra" services.
We would like to remind everyone that harassment, solicitation, inappropriate behavior, and illegal activities have absolutely no place in our organization.
To Our Valued Clients:
Any client who requests or attempts to solicit unauthorized or sexual services, makes inappropriate remarks, sexually harasses, or behaves in a manner that compromises the safety and dignity of our therapists will have their service terminated immediately, may be permanently banned from all Reflexzone Wellness Spa branches, and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
To Our Employees and Therapists:
Our commitment to professionalism applies equally to every member of our team. Any employee or therapist found, after a fair investigation, to have offered, solicited, accepted payment for, or participated in any unauthorized, unethical, or illegal services in violation of company rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, including immediate termination of employment, and may face civil and/or criminal legal action where warranted.
We encourage all therapists and employees to report any incident of harassment, solicitation, or misconduct immediately to Management or the HR Department. Every report will be treated seriously, investigated fairly, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Respect is not optional. Professionalism is our standard. Integrity is our commitment.
